You retain 100% full ownership, rights, and copyright to all documents and data processed through YourPDF. Because files are handled entirely locally within your client session and never stored on our servers, YourPDF claims zero ownership or intellectual property license over your materials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use YourPDF solely for lawful purposes. You may not utilize our client-side software to process, modify, or transmit materials that infringe on intellectual property rights, contain malicious code, or violate applicable national and international laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to ensure maximum accuracy and reliability across all 29 tools, YourPDF makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding document conversions, formatting preservation, or system uptime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YourPDF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service or any loss of document data.
